Great Lakes Lacquer "God I Hate Those Freakin Zombies"
Great Lakes Lacquer has created an orange nail polish available to members of "Orange You Glad To Be Here" - a Facebook group for lovers of orange nail polish. Yep, there truly is a group for all your niche interests. :)

All photos in this post are taken under artificial light. I used Talon Super Swatch & Peel base coat by Nail Hoot, (a clear peel-able vinyl base), and all are topped with Glisten & Glow HK Girl topcoat. This polish was provided for my honest review.

Tanya (orange group admin) started suggesting names and we went down the path to The Walking Dead. I couldn't not name this one as an ode to Andrew Lincoln singing a goodbye to Chandler Riggs to Havana. If you haven't seen the video, you need to. But don't blame me for never being able to hear the song without thinking of this. I warned you.
Description: An orange creamsicle filled with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer, resulting in a foil type finish.
3 coats + topcoat
My notes: Good formula, but I should have used thinner coats. I went in thick, thinking I could get away with just two, but needed a third, so three thin coats is the way to go to keep things nice and smooth. This is a fun, peachy little shade to wrap up summer and the shifting shimmer makes extra special.
