Purple Nail Art with Cirque Colors "Cosmopolitan" and Pahlish "Strawberry Moon"
Today I'm sharing some recent nail art I created with two gorgeous purple polishes and a stencil from Snail Vinyls. Let's take a look!
Cirque Colors "Cosmopolitan"
First of all, let's admire this dusty orchid purple creme all by itself. Cirque Colors "Cosmopolitan" was added to the Metropolis Collection in Fall of 2016. From the Cirque Colors website:
This shade is unique in my collection and perfectly wearable for any season in my opinion. It's just bright enough to be fun, but subdued enough for any occasion. My photos show two smooth, easy coats topped with Glisten and Glow HK Girl topcoat.
Purple on Purple Nail Art Using Snail Vinyls Stencils
I was recently contact by Aveline, the owner of Snail Vinyls, and she offered to send me some samples to try out. I picked a few designs and she sent those, plus SO many others for me to try! I love nail vinyls in general and this was a new-to-me brand, so I was thankful for the opportunity. For this design, I used the Moroccan Nail Stencils to create this design.
I sponged 1-2 coats of Pahlish "Strawberry Moon" (a GORGEOUS shade that I need to use in a full mani asap!) over the nail vinyl, then removed it while still wet. I'm very impressed with the clean result, especially for a fairly intricate pattern. I also painted 2 coats of Strawberry Moon over my Cirque Cosmopolitan base on the pinky.
What do you think of this purple combo? I absolutely loved it! I plan to use more Snail Vinyls in the future for nail art designs. Links below to all products used.
